The staff of Skeldale Veterinary Centre tend to a poodle with a problem penis, a rabbit with a tooth abscess, an over-amorous donkey and a cow with a large wound to her neck. Later, as the day’s work begins to wind down, the vets prepare to say goodbye to Sarah, who is leaving to have a baby.
