An Arizona man and his family endure years of intimidation from one of their neighbors. A disagreement over the feeding of neighborhood stray cats leads to gunshots being fired into a neighbor’s apartment. And an infant dangling from a high-rise balcony spurs a neighbor to attempt a daredevil rescue.
