Phil Spencer goes house hunting in north Wales with Gemma and Jac, who moved in together just before the first lockdown but now need more space for them, their dogs and to allow working from home. Kirstie Allsopp helps retirees Anne and Tom, who are moving from Scotland to Anne’s roots south of Manchester. But this is no downsize. They need plenty of space for when their children and grandchildren come to stay.
