Frank is looking for admission to the ‘Mountain Lions’ cycling team. Erik Clausen is the team’s grand old man, but is seriously awkward. Frank does everything he can to live up to the requirements. But along the way, he finds himself in very unfortunate situations, which endangers his membership of ‘Montain Lions’ and excites the parents at his son’s school violently.
