The Serpent

This is the case of Charles Sobhraj a serial killer who eagerly preys upon naive Westerners traveling in Southeast Asia. Known as “The Serpent” for his ability to elude capture, Sobhraj uses his sophisticated charm to lure victims to their deaths. It will take persistence of the Dutch diplomat to crack the case and convenience the Interpol that Sobhraj is a dangerous predator.
