It’s something that happens every year, but this year, a high-tide washes the castles away. Everyone must think of a creative way to get the Turtle Dragons to come back before they miss their opportunity to lay their eggs.

Max, Emmy and the dragons have a fun time painting with Zak and Wheezies’ finger-paint, but it turns out it wasn’t finger-paint after all. It’s “”permanent paint”” and it’s turned them all completely different colors. Now they must work together to follow exact instructions to get it off.
