It’s 2008. Malena faces the difficult decision of testifying in the Cromañón trial and reconnects with an important object she had lost during the concert. The emotional shock triggers memories from the days before the fire. In 2004, she auditions as a guitarist for Los Peces Chinos — her neighborhood friends’ band — and also grapples with guilt over a forbidden kiss.
